🇬🇧 Product Description 📖🔽
Flow sensor based on a Hall-effect turbine design, used to measure water flow in real time.
Inside the sensor, a small turbine rotates with the water flow. A magnet attached to the turbine generates a pulse signal detected by a Hall-effect sensor, producing a digital output proportional to flow rate.
Key Characteristics
– Pulse output signal (frequency proportional to flow)
– Typical relation: frequency increases with flow rate
– Operating voltage: 5–15V DC
– Low power consumption
– Suitable for continuous flow monitoring
Use in the N.E.R.D. System
The sensor is used to measure water production in real time.
The pulse signal is read directly by the ESP32 controller, allowing:
– Instant flow rate calculation
– Total production tracking
– System monitoring and diagnostics
This approach provides accurate and reliable measurements without the need for complex analog signal processing.
Designed for clean water systems and suitable for reverse osmosis watermakers.
Provides a simple and robust method for monitoring flow, enabling performance tracking and system optimization.
