Compact RS485 analog acquisition module (Pressure-TDS)

Compact RS485 analog acquisition module designed to convert analog signals into Modbus RTU data for reliable transmission over longer distances.

Within the N.E.R.D. system, this module is used to acquire sensor data such as pressure and TDS, allowing accurate monitoring without running sensitive analog signals over long cable runs.

Use in the N.E.R.D. System
The module is used as a remote analog interface for:
– Pressure sensors (0–5V / 0–10V)
– TDS sensors (analog output)

Sensor values are read locally and transmitted digitally via RS485 to the main controller.
This approach improves signal stability, reduces electrical noise issues and simplifies system wiring.
