The Blue Gold Watermakers 1,5 kW 230 Volt “Just Water” model comes complete with all the necessary components to let you mount your own reverse osmosis watermaker aboard. You have only to connect the hoses and the electric wires to get the job done! No specials skills or wrenches are required to perform this job.
The LIGHT version of the marine watermaker uses the same high quality components of the PRO version watermakers, but it is supplied with a high pressure assembly (regulation valve and digital pressure sensor) mounted directly on the outlet of the last vessel, instead of the control panel.
It is delivered, as standard, with a small detachable panel containing the “All in One” touch screen display The 4.3” Touch Screen Panel is an advanced device delivered as default in all the Blue Gold Watermakers. With this panel you can visualize all the parameters of the machine and drive all the pumps and valves. The simplest way to run your water maker!
For those who prefer a traditional board, an ANALOG CONTROL PANEL with glycerin pressure gauge and flow meter is also available.
This strong desalination system unit is built to last and comes with 1x 2540 (90 l/h), 2x 2540 (150 l/h), 4x 2521 (150 l/h) high rejection and high productivity seawater reverse osmosis membranes. A new vessel rack made in composite, strong and very lightweight is supplied as standard.
It can be equipped with the UDOR PSC Stainless Steel AISI 316 head High Pressure pump, or with the UDOR PNC high pressure pump with brass head. The UDOR PSC is especially designed for the reverse osmosis, but also the PNC is a valid alternative offered at a more convenient price.
Its modular design allows an easy handling of the marine watermaker components even in the narrow spaces of a boat .
It is equipped as standard with our “Easy Flushing System”, which allows the flushing of the boat water maker plant with a simple switch positioned on the control panel. A heavy duty feed pump is included as standard equipment, and it allows the watermaker to be positioned above the seawater level as well.
A high-efficiency, magnetic driven feed pump, is supplied as standard for carrying the seawater to the high pressure pump. It is maintenance free and and allows salt water to remain inside without any problem.
The delivery includes all the components and fittings for the installation, except the standard hoses and the extensions of the electric cables, which need to be provided aboard.
No specials skills or wrenches are required to perform the installation of the Blue Gold Watermakers JUST WATER series, LIGHT and PRO versions.
