12 volt water maker desalinator for boat – Just Water LIGHT series 12-24V
The LIGHT version of the Blue Gold Watermakers ‘JUST WATER’ series uses the same high quality components of the PRO version, but it is supplied with a high pressure assembly (regulation valve, safety valve, gauge) mounted directly on the outlet of the last vessel, instead of the control panel.
It is delivered, as standard, with a small detachable panel containing the “All in One” touch screen display The 4.3” Touch Screen Panel is an advanced device delivered as default in all the Blue Gold Watermakers. With this panel you can visualize all the parameters of the machine and drive all the pumps and valves. The simplest way to run your water maker!
For those who prefer a traditional board, an ANALOG CONTROL PANEL with glycerin pressure gauge and flow meter is also available.
This strong desalination system unit is built to last and comes with 1x 2540 (60l/h), 2x 2521 (60l/h), 3x 2521 (80l/h) or 2x 2540 (100 l/h) high rejection and high productivity seawater membranes. A new vessel rack made in composite, strong and very lightweight is supplied as standard.
Its modular design allows an easy handling of the components even in the narrow spaces of a boat .
It can be equipped with the UDOR PSC Stainless Steel AISI 316 head High Pressure pump, or with the UDOR PNC high pressure pump with brass head. The UDOR PSC is especially designed for the reverse osmosis, but also the PNC is a valid alternative offered at a more convenient price .
The use of an oversized pump, combined with the use of a timing-belt and pulley drive system, reduces the speed of the pump and makes this machine very quiet (only 70 db at one meter distance) and vibration-free. In addition, the life of the mechanical components and valves is greatly increased.
A high-efficiency, brushless feed pump, is supplied as standard for carrying the seawater to the high pressure pump.
It is equipped as standard with our “Easy Flushing System”, which allows the flushing of the marine watermaker plant with a simple switch positioned on the control panel.
The delivery includes all the components and fittings for the installation, except the standard hoses and the extensions of the electric cables, which need to be provided aboard.
No specials skills or wrenches are required to perform the installation of the Blue Gold reverse osmosis marine water makers JUST WATER series.
